The links below lead to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out‑of‑network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. That is what they are supposed to look like — the rule requires the rates be published in a format software can read, so that researchers, regulators and app developers can work with them. They are not meant to be read by a person, and they are not a summary of anyone’s benefits.
